Tesco.com offers the many different services, with the same customer service you get from their stores. I have purchased a few items from Tesco direct and they have always been at a good price and delivery was very quick. One of the best features about was the collect in store option, I brought a set of garden chairs and instead of having to wait in for delivery, a couple of days after ordering I could pop in to my local Tesco and collect my items, please not though that only some stores offer the collect in store option but as there is so many of their stores about now days there is bound to be one near you. I have also purchased CD's DVD, books and games from Tesco digital and have also found them offering low prices and an excellent delivery service. As in stores you can collect club card points, watch out for their clubcard voucher codes, you can sometimes earn extra points by using these.
