Advantages: Fast delivery which is more importantly ontime!

Disadvantages: No search facility on the site

I shop at Tesco however due to working commitments I can't usually be bothered going to do a weekly/monthly shop. Tesco.com has saved me from trailing round a supermarket and let me shop online from the comfort of my own home. My initial opinion of the website was that it was very clean and tidy. Finding my way around the website took a little to get use to at first however now it isn't such a problem. The main let down in my opinion is the fact there isn't a search facility. I know that other competitor supermarkets have a facility to type in a keyword for what you are looking for, Tesco doesn't have this and does sometimes make things a little awkward. I have also found if you are looking for more specialised items then you may have a problem as the site doesn't seem to list alot of these. Delivery times have never been broken and our delivery guy has always been very friendly and even brought the goods inside and helped us empty the boxes which is excellent customer service on my opinion. I know people who have unfortunately had delivery a little late outside of there selected slot however they have always been informed by either the driver or the customer service centre. The delivery isn't expensive and once you have shopped ith Tesco.com you will find they quite often send you vouchers codes and this usually covers the cost of the delivery anyway. Definately worth it if you hate food shopping at the supermarket like me!
