MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I am not someone who likes to give bad reviews but in this case i had no choice. I ordered from them for the first time on Wednesday and me and my mum will never use there online service again it was horrendous I paid four pounds extra for delivery to ensure my stuff came at the right time.

In my opinion that is very steep to pay for delivery in the first place given that Iceland delivery service is rather reasonable but i waited and waited and the delivery was for between seven and nine that night and it didn't show up til almost ten that night and annoying as that was i could of looked past that if what happened next hadn't happened.

WHAT HAPPENED NEXT

The delivery came and the guy delivering it said they hadn't received payment i use my mums maestro card she lets me well when it came the delivery guy phoned tesco and got my mum to answer and give her details which she did and they still said they hadn't received payment.

BUT THEY HAD

when i ordered online everything went well they said the payment had been received and the items had been purchased and when my mum checked how much money was there there was none so we knew they had gotten the money for sure.

VERY ANGRY

By this point i was raging the delivery guy bought the stuff to the door said he hadn't received payment and left with it at this stage id no money and they had taken my stuff i felt robbed .

WORST PART TO COME

I still do because my mum phoned tesco and asked why i hadn't received my stuff and they said it was because they had had been having administrative difficulty's and that my stuff would be delivered next day between nine and twelve in the morning so i logged on checked the delivery slot and just like they said it was all set for that time except when it got to that time still no delivery.
my mum went and checked her money and they had taken for the order which was 30 pounds and they had taken it not once but twice meaning they left me without 30 pounds and now my mum too.

AND GUESS WHAT

still no flipping delivery my mum phoned again and asked for a refund since the stuff wasn't coming and they said they couldn't refund the money until Wednesday and that was on Saturday neither of us can afford being left without money for that amount of time but we waited anyway its now Thursday and still no money


THEY ARE A DISGRACE

I WOULDN'T recommend anyone to shop with them and im just hoping they return our money cos its a day after the time they were supposed to and they still haven't and i don't know about you but to me if that money isn't returned i consider that theft cos they stole our money and we got nothing.

Summary: awful i would not recommend it
