To use tesco.com, you must register which is a simple process. When you decide you want to go shopping, I would advise first booking your delivery slot (you can't do this if it's really short notice). This slot is then reserved for a couple of hours. You really need to use a shopping list because browsing is not easy. However, tesco.com stores your favourites for you (including what you bought in store if you used your clubcard) so it gets easier to find what you want the more you use it. You add items to your basket as you go through. Some are simple, some require you to choose a weight (e.g. meat or loose vegetables). Then you pay and wait for the shopping to arrive!

Positives:

You can choose not to use plastic bags and earn green clubcard points and they'll also take away any extra bags you have for recycling
I've found they deliver when they say they will
They will take it all the way to the kitchen for you
They choose really good vegetables for you (in my experience)
It stops you from making impulse buys
It's so quick and easy!

Negatives:

The store might not have the item you want and can't think for you - e.g. they're not going to substitute a lemon meringue pie for a sticky toffee pudding, though that might be what you'd do in store
Occasionally they forget items - but I phoned up and got a refund straight into my bank account
The delivery can be quite expensive at popular times

Overall I've found tesco.com fantastic. It saves time and potentially money (if you're an impulse buyer) and I'd certainly recommend it to anyone.
