Disadvantages: CHARGED TWICE!!!, TOOK NEARLY 3 WEEKS TO RE-CREDIT!!!!!!, NO FOOD EVER DELIVERED ANYWAY!!!!!!!

Tesco.com - Are a real .com!!!
Blundering idiots - that's about the only nice thing I can say about them.

After over two weeks of messing about trying to get money back off them that they deducted TWICE... and thats after NOT EVEN GETTING MY SHOPPING IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Now you have to believe me - I might not be the most patient person in the world but one would have to be saint not to swear at this lot by the time your through if you have a bad experience with them - then it will be bad I promise.

Other people have written similar things to me - so read the negatives as well as the positives, because it can be THAT BAD!

FIRSTLY YOU SPEND YOUR FIRST SHOPPING SPREE DISCOVERING THE SITE AND ASSUME THAT ALTHOUGH IT TOOK 4 HOURS WILL ONLY TAKE HALF AN HOUR NEXT TIME (IF THERE IS A NEXT TIME EH?)


1. No shopping delivered at all.

2. Telephone calls that went on for hours and hours trying to trace it. Got too late to deliver anyway and told me they wasn't coming after 10pm - my delivery slot was 6-8pm.

3. You still get debited with the charge of the groceries and delivery!

4. Then you ask for a refund and you get charged AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5. After about 2-3 weeks you just might be glad to see the end of Tesco.com - If your LUCKY!

6. You never want to even try again because it can just take so much out of you the first time......

TESCO ? - NEVER AGAIN,
I'm sticking with getting in the car on the way home from work even if I do miss Coronation Street, or maybe I'll read about Iceland and give them a try - I'll let you know how I get on if I do.
