Positives:
- able to shop in comfort of your own home.
- able to choose delivery time
- no pests sneakily placing items into your trolley
- less chance of impulse buys

Negatives:
- sometimes send the wrong items
- sometimes don't send an item and don't substitute it
- use lots of bags even when using green option
- fruit/veg goes off too quickly

Overall: I won't be using them anymore because I got tired of not getting what I asked for. It's a hassle to drive over to Sainsbury's but it's worth it just to get what I want.
