Tesco.com are the on line arm of the Tesco supermarket business. You can order the usual types of products from them that you would find in a Tesco store. However, the range is far smaller than you would find in the store so some things just won't be available on line and others will have a smaller range of choices. For ... Read the complete review

I had been thinking about getting a Tesco home delivery for a while, but somehow always ended up going shopping in Tesco myself. Whenever I visit my local Tesco it is always busy there are always queues and at the end of a long hard day there is nothing worse than having to go into Tesco. That is why we prefer to order our shopping online. The Tesco site is really easy to use. It does take some planning of meals so that you know what you are getting, whereas in ... Deciding to order with Tescos instead of ASDA (read my ASDA out Tesco in for the full story) I hoped we would have better luck here. To sign up with tesco is very simple. You go on line and just fill in your name and details plus your credit/debit card details, add your tesco club card number and you can begin. First thing to do ... Read the complete review

Not a review of tesco as such , just a few comments from someone who works in online shopping about what what happens and how it works in practice . Only lazy people do it ! WRONG - yes some lazy people do , but in most cases your time is worth more than the delivery charge , never mind your fuel /bus / taxi costs !Other users can be ... Read the complete review

I know there are already hundreds of reviews on dooyoo about tesco.com, but I thought I would add my own opinion, as from the quick sample I read there seems to be a vast range of views on the service. As I only live 5 minutes from our local tesco store, I have never even thought of using the online shopping service, however, after a ... Read the complete review

My parents started using Tesco.com pretty much from the word go. They worked full time and it seemed the best and easiest option for them. I lived at home until 3 years ago so would help with the unloading etc but never the order. Once I moved out, I gave it a go myself and found my experience to be a positive one. At first, I only had ... Read the complete review

After shopping online with Tesco pretty much since day one, I've come to learn some nice tips on saving money when doing my weekly shopping. I could review this site and all that it offers but there are enough reviews on here that I would guess almost everyone reading will at least know what Tesco is and what a good service they ... I have been using tesco.com for the past 3-4 months and I am still impressed with their service. The website is very easy to use as it separates products into the same categories that you would find them in if you were in the store. SPECIAL OFFERS: The website also highlights the special offers. I have been using tesco.com's grocery delivery service for the last year, and am a little on the fence as to whether it is as good as I may have initially thought. I should explain that my main reason for using the delivery service is to save some money. My theory being that if i shop online, seeing how much i have spent i will not be tempted to ... Over the last couple of months I have used Tesco.com a couple of times when I haven't had Dave around to give me a lift down to the local store. I first used Tesco.com about 6 years ago, it was during the Christmas period and they were very busy. We ended up with 4 bottles of wine, a bottle of Baileys and a bottle of whisky that we hadn't ordered or paid for!! So my first experience was a great one (don't worry I phoned the store and they said it was their error so keep it). I ... Read the complete review

I first started using tesco.com online shopping in a bid to try and cut down my weekly shopping bill . I find it so easy to get carried away when I go to the store with all the lovely offers and tempting displays - and I fail miserably at avoiding the bakery, as soon as I sense those tempting aromas I am there, quickly adding fresh baked doughnuts ... The delivery didn't show up even after I waited for one more hour, after the slot given. 100% frustration.
I called and asked for refund, the woman said will refund in 7 days, but up until now nothing has been received. 200% frustration plus 100% anger now.
The most stupid delivery service ever!!!

As a regular weekly customer at our local Tesco, I decided to try the alternative route of having the shopping come to me in the form of doing it on the www.tesco.com web site. In some ways this was a great success, but it was let down by a fundamental flaw upon delivery of the goods. Firstly, doing your shopping on the Tesco web site ... Read the complete review

Tescos has everything you need, which is something of a blow to smaller independent grocery stores but sometimes you just need (want?) convenience and that's where Tesco.com comes in. I use this approximately 3 times a month to get my food shopping delivered directly to our home. The service charge is usually £3.50 - £4.00 although they ... Read the complete review
