Advantages: Cheap, they delivered on a Saturday and they had stock of an item no one else had.

Disadvantages: The checkout system is horrible and badly thought out.

I was looking for a Panaview 80" pull up projector screen and couldn't find one for love nor money. I'd spent hours trawling the net and even calling the manufacturers who told me there would be no more stock for at least another month. Eventually I signed up to Tesco Direct's 'Email me when back in stock' link and didn't expect anything. Within a few days I received an email that the items was in stock, it was also cheaper than anywhere else by at least £50. I didn't hold out much hope and assumed it was a stock error, so I called customer services to confirm the item was in stock and while they were not particularly friendly I did get through to them very quickly. The next day the item arrived at 8am and they even delivered on Saturday. I'm chuffed to bits with the item and will definitely be using them again. The only criticism I have is their payment system is horrible, very unuser-friendly and so slow to use items have sold out by the time I've finally managed to pay for them. It also crashes the Safari browser.

Summary: Absolutely thrilled with my purchase.
