One day when i was struggling through the high street with my shopping a friend told me about tesco.com.
wow, if you have the chance to make use of it where you live,give it ago and see how much easier life can be. You need to register to use the service,at the same time you can check if its available in your area.Once your ready to shop navigating the online shop is simple.You can either browse through the catagories or make a list in the express shopping section,just type in what your after and it takes you straight there.
As you shop the contents of your shopping basket and the running total are displayed on screen so theres no excuse for over spending!!When your finished you go to the checkout, where you are asked what you want them to do if an item is out of stock, you can choose to accept subsitutes or not.The customer service was excellent and very quick.
Delivery takes place throughout the day, seven days a week.There is a pull down window telling you when the next available delivery time is,normaly the next day.
The deliverys always arrive on time although you do have to pay £5 for delivery i didnt think that was too bad.The driver will tell you what has been substituted or what was not available
