I ordered a fridge from Tesco's.

Delivery was promised in 17 days.

It took them 2 weeks to give me a delivery date, despite my constant emails and phone calls.

The delivery date was some 37 days after order placed - not quite the 17 days.

Good job the old fridge was still working enough to get us by.

I cancelled the order forthwith and ordered one from a high street retailer - delivered in 3 days.

I will never use Tesco's again.

They did not apologise or show any concern that they were not sticking to their 17 days delivery. In fact I had to chase them from start to finish.

It took 1 week just to get the order has been processed. I did get the auto response in 5 minutes. But they had no concept of keeping the customer informed at any stage.

Safe your self grief - go to somewhere else.
