The Conran Shop

Possibly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Conran Shop have charged me for goods they don't have in stock, their customer service is practically non-existent and they take an age to reply to any email and then don't answer any requests made. I can't believe this company can get away with advertising goods they don't have and charge my credit card for them knowing that they will never be able to deliver, even when their own order confirmation clearly states that credit cards will only be charged when the goods are shipped.
