Possibly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Conran Shop have charged me for goods they don't have in stock, their customer service is practically non-existent and they take an age to reply to any email and then don't answer any requests made. I can't believe this company can get away with advertising goods they don't have and charge my credit card for them knowing that they will never be able to deliver, even when their own order confirmation clearly states that credit cards will only be charged when the goods are shipped. For an item that was supposed to be delivered with 5 days, it took Conran Shop 4 weeks to tell me that they won't be fulfilling the order and they have now cancelled it. Simply terrible. I consider their actions to effectively be theft. I will never shop with them again online or in person.

Summary: A company that contradicts its terms of delivery and payment with a blatant disregard for service
