I ordered 3 items from www.thehut.com on 16th December 2010 as I saw a spend £50 and get £5 off voucher advertised on google.com when searching for Hunter Wellington Boots. I ordered the Hunter Wellies, some Chinese Flying Lanterns and a Harry Potter Blu-ray.

The Wellies were the cheapest online, and the other two items were the same as Amazon, so with the £5 voucher it was all better value.

I checked out in the morning and got a dispatch message for the wellies same day and they arrived on 20th December (in time for Snow!), the other two items which were gifts arrived on Wednesday 22nd December in time for Christmas, perfect as they were gifts!

I actually called thehut.com's customer service team to chase the other two items on the Tuesday and got through quickly to a polite female agent who said they'd been dispatch on Monday 20th December via Royal Mail, so i was in the hands of the Royal Mail who did great job this time and delivered in 2 days!

Site was easy to use and would recommend to others.
