I used to always be a massive fan of ticketmaster, my parents still are, i used to use it without fail every time I waned any concert or show tickets. well not anymore.

I'd say that the main benefit of using ticketmaster is that it is a well known online retailer, its saf to use, you even have to verify your bank card when buying, which is great news for buyers and bad news for fraudsters. I will give to ticket master than their well repitable.

Web Layout - The way the site is built is quite easy to use. You can search for a particular artist/band/event you may wish to go to see, or you can click the tabs which vary between music, sport, attractions and arts and theatre... these are pretty simple to use tabs.
One you have clicked these tabs you can pick another subsection to browse through, e.g in music you could click rock and metal, or you could click rnb or country music. This is easy to use. However i prefer www.gigsandtours.com, you can see latest gigs, or you can search bands alphabetically, so much easier! Lastminute.com is great for shows, there are always great offers!

Annoyances:

*FIND TICKETS - so lets sayiv found that the kings of leon are playing wemberley next week, it says find tickets, i saw how many i want and best available as im desperate to go, i use the verification word thingy and wait up to 3 minutes to say not available please check search criteria so i refine my search over and over still to find it unavailable. WHY NOT JUST SAY SOLD OUT! Gigsandtours.com tells you if a gig is sold out, i like the hassle free truth, why prolong my disapointment?!

*VERIFY WORD - ticket mater uses the annoying box with a random work that i wouldnt be able to spell anyway written in a shambles so i cant read it proply, if you dont get it right you cant move what. what is the point? I mean they make you verify the card, i would have to click to agree to purchase how is me typing in a box going to make it more secure? do they think fraudsters are thickos? they obviously arent if theyve gone and got me bank card out of me purse without me noticing and cancelling that card.

they add so much for ticket postage and service fee, you end up paying almost an extra ten pounds! why bother!

Tickets always arive on timr, but i have never used a service which hasnt.

Summary: gigsandtours.com is miles better
