I absolutely love Topshop clothes and accessories. Their style is just what I like and quality is also good. The website is nicely laid out and easy to use. Everything is easily searchable and most of the time looks just like it would in person. I like that Topshop offer 10% off for students with NUS cards because some of the items are quite pricey. I still think that Topshop sell the best quality leggings.
I think the postage costs are way too high if I am being honest, especially when places like ASOS are offering free delivery. The last 3 times that I have ordered for next day delivery, I paid £5 and on each occasion my item did not turn up. All because the delivery company could not find my address, so instead did not bother to call or let me know it would be late. I called up Topshop customer services and they refunded me the amount. But I would expect this to happen maybe once, not 3 times.
The first time the delivery man left my parcel outside my front door (which is on a main busy road) and someone obviously took it. I had taken a day off from work to wait for the delivery and they didn't even bother to knock on the door.
Overall, I would recommend that the website is great but delivery was a real big let-down, every time I have ordered.
I throughally love 'mooching' on Topshops website; If i am intending to purchase something i will look online first so that when i go into the store I know exactly what i am looking for. Topshop is THE best online fashion store that I know that has such a fast and up to date stock change, they constantly change things, and often send me emails of the latest trends.
Their website is laid out very well, and allows you the option to search via popularity, yet also my personally favourite, 'lowest price'. Price also leads me onto their sales; which are the best I know; I love a Topshop sale, they are just brilliant. The prices come down considerably and it's always stock that is still really recent and on trend.
The online payment is very easy and simple and the products arrive in their given time. The packaging that the items come in are always really cute with the paper brown polka dot bag. My only issue was that I was out one time and my parcel was flung over my gate, to which when I got my item the packaging was all wet; (I think this was more to do with the delivery company though, and hopefully it was a one off). Still on topic of buying offline, if for whatever reason you need to return the product, you can do this in a number of ways, I personally prefer to go back into my local store and do the excahnge / refund there.
Finally another fantastic feature to the topshop online website is the fact they offer customers the option to rate and review the products online. This could potentially be quite risky for a companny to display comments and rates on a product (in case they are bad) however it's very useful for me. If you are undecided on a certain size and then read the reviews and find the sizes come up quite small; it gives you that head start to buy the bigger size. I have used this feature for a lot of products and it was from reading these reviews that gave me the push forward to purchase some of their jeans; I have also reviewed products online as well as I know how useful it can be.
I am absolutely in love with Topshop. Their clothes, makeup, accessories and jewellery are simply to die for! I personally don't think that many other shops can compare to Topshop as they are such a popular and widely known brand. The thing I love most about Topshop is that they have new clothes being added to their collections so regulary and also sell stuff from other brands such as Tee and Cake, Illustrated people etc so there is a huge range of different styles and most of their clothes (apart from the basic leggings/basic T shirts) are the type that are hard to find anywhere else. I first came across the Topshop website about 2 years ago, until then I wasn't bothered about fashion but then I started developing a bit of an obsession with clothes/fashion and Topshop soon became my addiction! I am quite lucky in that I have a large Topshop local to me, so I am able to pop in whenever I fancy and have a good rummage round the shelves for some bargains or a lovely unique peice, however it is almost always very busy and things seem to sell out very quickly.
I am the type of person who hates crowds, and as a result unfortunetly I often pass by my local Topshop without going in as it's so busy. This is why I love the Topshop website so much - it's so quick and easy to use and there's no queing or waiting around, it's such a life saver especially when I want to check the price of something before going in store to buy it etc and it's easy to find some bargains on there - I always check the sale page and then look out for the sale items in my local store if they've sold out on the website. I love how this website is laid out as it's almost like an online fashion magazine! The home page of the site has a large slideshow that fills most of the page, with pictures of the latest trends, details of any new brands/collections, deals such as free delivery etc and models styling the newest clothing ranges. The colour scheme is very mix and match, the font on the page is either pink or black and the slideshow always has bright, eyecatching colours. At the top right of the page it has the login option and once you are logged in you can either checkout or you can edit your address/payment details by clicking on 'my account'. Your basket is also on the top right of the page and it says next to it how many items you have in your basket meaning it's easier not to get too carried away and overspend!
Directly above the large slideshow there are various headings, these are labelled with titles such as makeup, shoes, new in, dresses, sale, tops, etc. When you hover your mouse over the desired heading it will display a drop down menu of the stuff in that catergory, for example if you however the mouse over the shoes catergory, the drop down menu will give you a choice to choose from such as heels, flats, etc and when you click on the one you want it will take you to a page with the pictures and prices of the items. Each page contains 20 items/pictures, the pictures are clear and the price is listed underneath. Once you see the item you want you simply click on the picture and you will be taken to a page where it has more pictures available and also a product description including the material it is made of. The pictures are great as you are able to view the item from different angles and also zoom in. On this page there is a large pink rectangle with the font 'add to bag' on it. You simply click this when you want to buy something, and it adds it to your basket ready for you to checkout. It is very quick and simple however if you are not keen on buying the item online you can alternatively use the 'find this in a uk store' option which will tell you if your local Topshop has the specific item you are looking for in stock which is incredibly handy!
By shopping online you don't get that feel-good vibe that you get in the shop. That might sound odd but I always feel really uplifted when I walk into Topshop as they always have upto date music playing and I feel really excited as the shelves and display racks are always stacked high with goodies! The website is much quicker to use though and it also stops me from feeling tempted to pick up bits and bobs I don't need. Another disadvantage with this site is the postal charges, which I will discuss in the next part of my review. Apart from that though I love the Topshop site. My favourite feature is the application thingie on the makeup page, where you are able to upload a picture of yourself and try different makeup on to see what suits you, this is a really good idea and it gives me a good idea of what suits me and what doesn't. Topshop have a wide range of payment methods available, they accept visa, mastercard and a couple more. They also accept Paypal which most online fashion shops don't do, and I find paypal much more practical to use rather than typing my card digits into the payment details every time.
Students are eligible for 10% off at Topshop, all you need to do is enter your NUS number at the checkout. I am a student and I have never had any issues with recieving this discount. It might not seem like alot, but it is a good saving in my opinion and better than nothing! They sometimes have 20% off too, they did this during the summer of 2011 and they also had a period of time where you got a free gift which was a book bag and poster when you spent over a certain amount of money in one transaction. Postage costs are Topshop's biggest downfall! They charge £4 for standard delivery (2-4 working days), £5 for next day delivery and they also offer internation delivery for which prices vary. I think that £4 is much too much to pay for delivery which is why I only buy from the website when I am making a big order as you get free postage when you spend over £75. Topshop use royal mail and couriers, I have had my packages delivered by Royal Mail, Hermes and DHL. I only had to sign for one and with all of these parcels I was provided with a tracking number. Topshop parcels come packaged in a thick cardboard type bag which is secure but easy to open. The packaging is really cute and is covered in black polka dots with 'Topshop' written on the front. The clothes are packaged in individual plastic wrapping to keep them safe and come with the tags still on. You get a returns form and a receipt in the package making it easy to check that they have charged the right amount and if you have any issues it is easy to return your item with a pre-paid postage label. I have always recieved my items within 2/3 days and have not had any issues with missing items or incorrect items.
There is a huge range of clothes in Topshop and on their website. Most of the clothes on the site can be found online however a select few are online exclusives or limited editions, however these type of clothes seem to sell out really quickly. Most of Topshop's clothing is quite quirky and hipster, and in my opinion is on the young side - I can't imagine someone over fourty wearing a Topshop item of clothing unless it was one of the plain vests, I know that sounds a bit harsh but I do think Topshop's clothing appeals to the younger generation. I'm 20 and even I find some of their clothes a bit too young, for example they often have Disney or Sesame Street print t shirts/pyjamas etc. Topshop sell pretty much everything fashion related. They sell big chunky knit jumpers/cardi's, thin jersey type jumpers, vests, dresses, pyjamas, socks, underwear, makeup, hoodies, rings, necklaces, hair clips, gift sets, nail varnish etc. They also sell some really unusual stuff, one of the most recent of my unusual purchases was an ear cuff, which I think is very unique and I haven't seen one anything like it anywhere else. Unfortunetly Topshop's prices are very hit and miss.. most are extremely overpriced while others seem cheap but they're actually still expensive compared to other shops, for example their 100% cotton vests are priced at £8 each yet you can get the same thing in Primark or New Look for around a fiver less! I don't particullary think Topshop are amazing quality and wouldn't pay most of their prices however when I come across a very unusual and unique piece that is good quality I will quite happily cough up the cash.
The prices at Topshop vary, for a cardigan or jumper the prices range from around £38-£150, their shoes are quite expensive and i'd guess start at around £80 and go upto £200ish. The coats are very expensive as are the jeans, the makeup however is reasonably priced in my opinion with eyeliner priced at £4 and lipstick £8. Topshop have regular sales however most items sell out quickly on the website. The sales aren't great and most items aren't reduced by a great amount - most items have £3/£5 off while some of the more expensive items have 30%/40% off - I don't think I have ever come across an item on Topshop on sale for 50% less than the RRP. I recieved an email the other day from Topshop informing me of a sale. I found a pair of jeans Iwanted however my size had sold out and so I ended up choosing a size larger - i'm pregnant and have put around a stone on so I figuered for the price it'd be worth wearing them before dropping the baby weight, I placed my order and eagerly waited only to be told 3 days later that the item was out of stock! I think this is ridiculous to be honest - I was waiting for my parcel to arrive and could of known that the item was out of stock much sooner than after three days.
The sizing varies on the Topshop site, on the branded clothing it is normally sized in S, M and L, while on the normal clothing there are sizes 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 available. Topshop also has tall, petite and maternity section. I am petite yet I feel sorry for larger girls as there are such gorgeous clothing that they won't be able to wear as there isn't a plus size section. Most shops go upto a 20-22 while Topshop only go upto a 16 which to be honest isn't that big because Topshop's sizing isn't very generous - I purchased a size 16 jumper around 6 months ago intending for it to be baggy, yet it was well fitted! I am usually a size 8 so I was very unimpressed. I have also noticed this with Topman - my boyfriend is an M yet he needs to buy XXL from Topman. Overall, I love the Topshop website but unfortunetly I only award it 3/5 stars. This is purely because of the high postage charges, as I think that £4 is much too high. The plus sides though are the gorgeous (and simple) layout and the range of clothes. It's easy to pay securely and delivery is reasonably quick. Reccomended.
I love the Topshop website, I find it really well organised and it is very easy to find what you are looking for. With the easy to use sub categories that work independantly (rather than resetting the search) it is easy to narrow down exactly what you want to browse. For example; dresses -> shift dresses -> blue -> size 12, will bring up a blue shift dress in a size 12, but if you wanted to change that to green, it would do so without having to restart your search.
The photographs are very true to life and there is the option to zoom and look at different angles of the garment. The website also carries reviews so it is easy to find out about common problems (sizing being one of them) which is great if you are ordering online.
It has been mentioned in another review that the postage is rather expensive, therefore I rarely purchase online as I cannot afford to spend £75 at a time (the threshold for free postage). They do however offer a service that stock checks your nearest store, making it easy to go down and get your item knowing that it is in stock.
Also another great feature is their "lookbook" which is great if your looking for a new style or want to keep up with new trends. I often use it for inspiration when updating my wardrobe even if I'm not buying from Topshop itself.
I have one or two little niggles with topshop.com, so I'll get those out the way first.
The delivery charge. I don't know how much it costs them to post things out but I sometimes feel the charge is a little bit steep. There is a way round this though, orders over £75 have free postage, so I often buy things for friends in my order, or even buy an extra item to push me over the £75 mark. You can return them for free next time you're in a store or concession.
The mannequins. Because clothes are modelled on white mannequins or sometimes don't even have any mannequin or model visible at all, it can be a bit difficult to figure out how they would look. I would find it really helpful to have more photos and videoclips of models wearing the clothes, so I could get a better idea of how they look on, as well as pick up a few idea on what to wear items with or how to style an outfit.
I find the topshop website really easy to use. Items are well ordered and displayed in a neat grid format. You can choose to search for an item using key words or narrow down your options using keywords at the side, (search for low-mid heels, high heels, wedges etc) I also really like the bar at the bottom of the page that keeps track of items you've recently been looking at.
Topshop has new ranges every season and each range has a 'look book' you can look at to see trends for the season and get tips on how to put a outfit together. If you find a trend you're keen on you can follow the option to 'shop key pieces' where you can find simple and wearable pieces to fit into your wardrobe whilst staying up to date with the current trend.
As well as more expensive high fashion pieces and special collections, and the standard affordable high street fashion that Topshop is known for, you can also pick up basics like jersey teeshirts and vests. I've always found these to be of a really good quality. You could probably buy them cheaper elsewhere but they might not last so long.
The best bit of topshop.com is the makeup tool. You can upload a picture of your face and try out any of the makeup though a sort of photo-shop. There are make-up looks and trends that have already been put together by one of the makeup artists that can give you a bit of inspiration if you don't want to make your own from scratch. As well as being really good fun, I found this tool very useful in working out what makeup colours might suit me. Since using the tool I've bought a range of different colours of makeup with i previously would not have thought would suit me.
Once you have ordered from topshop.com it will keep hold of your details so you don't need to keep on typing it all on with each order. It's really secure and all the banking is protected. You need to use several passwords for both Topshop and your bank website before you can spend any money. I do not get emails from loads of different companies even though I opted into getting emails from Topshop. I find them really handy for knowing when sales are on, when new collections are launching as well as things like promotions and competitions, but you can choose not to get any emails at all.
Postage can be arranged to come first class or express but I've only ever used standard. This arrives in about 3-4 days. The service is very reliable and items have always reached me in good condition.
Overall topshop.com is probably the best website I use for fashion and I hope you found this review useful.
Well the title reflects it all really, I absolutely love Topshop - as well as most Arcaida stores like Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins.. However, the problem I find with it is the cost of things, especially when shopping on the internet there is also a quite steep delivery charge!
I don't have a problem with shopping on the internet, I think that it is fab way of finding different products, especially a store this big which could never put all of its things in a store! Topshop are always redoing their website, to meet higher standards every time. In fact I check it every few weeks and always wonder what they have done this time to look more appealing.
One of the features I especially enjoy with this website is the fact you can view clothes on different settings such as front, back and sides of the item and then zoomed in, and even further zoom if you want to see a particular part of it. I often do this with details in cardigans for example.
It is very user friendly, they always state when looking at the outfit what sizes are on sale - as sometimes it is annoying putting items into an online basket to get to the checkout and they aren't available - but not with Topshop.
Another great thing about this is that if you do purchase a lot online and it is the wrong size or like me you order 2 sizes in something if not sure, then returns are simple to either send back or what I tend to do is go back to the shop. I find there is never a problem, as long as I have my receipt and the tags are still on. It is free to send back by post and also to go into store.
The delivery charge is pretty standard of most websites, as they usually are ranging £3-5. Their cost is £4, for UK delivery, and it can take up to 5 working days to receive an item - something I have found they have always stuck too. There is also an option to track your order too, so you are assured it is on its way.
Other features of the website include:
Checking the location of stores, Kate Moss section, Students section and also being able to check an online account. They usually also have a section on the main body of the website which gives very up to date information on fashion, whether it be London fashion week - or whatever is current in the fashion world, which I find fab as it then isn't hard to follow what is on trend. I also look how to look what is about to come into fashion, and be one step ahead of things coming into stores. As they offer such an extensive range of clothes, it isn't hard to stop looking! But they categorise items really well as well. Examples of this include splitting into the type 'dresses, shoes, accessories' then even further, 'petite, tall' and then even down to colour. So finding what suits you is very easy.
This really isn't just a website displaying a few clothes, an awful lot of effort has gone into producing and running this website, whether you are in a rush to purchase something, or whether you want to see what is coming in on the catwalks. So it also appeals to a very wide audience.
A very user friendly website, that is always up to date and you can be sure you really are on board with the latest fashion. Definitely recommend.
I am a total online shopping addict, so having Topshop items direct to your door is just perfect for me.
The Topshop website is set out very clearly in various sections. These include- clothing, new in and back in stock items etc.
I have ordered off the site numerous times so I am up to date on how the whole prcess works. They also accept Paypal which is a bonus for me as I hate sites that require you to type all the card details etc :-) Paypal is very secure and makes the checkout process faster!
There is a search option like most sites, so if you are looking for an item in particualr you just have to type in the details and (hopefully) the product will come up.
The shopping process is quite standard- add items to basket, checkout, confirm detail etc etc
The P&P is priced at £4 which is a little expensive, though if you are lucky enough to spend over £100 it is FREE !! Returns are also free which is a bonus.
However, the whole returns process can be annoying as you have to log into your account and request a return number. Also the refund can take quite long to be processed. This almost makes returns unappealing- a great money making idea by the company ;-)
The site also has a SALE section, this can be quite exciting until you look at the items and all the sizes are sold out .. Gerr... though sometimes a bargain can be had. Some sale items are great E.G jeans reduced from £40 to £10, who could resist.
One issue I found, being a student, the 10% discount is a little more difficult to use online, you specifically need a NUS card.
Overall a great site with all the products and more that are in-store, in the convenience of your own home :-) Genius!!
I love this site! It's very easy to navigate with all the sections in a simple, easy-to-read list down the side. As well as being split into types of clothing, ie. dress, tops, etc. there are 'new in', 'back in stock', 'last chance to buy' and 'sale' sections. The 'new in' section can be split into types of clothing as well so you can just check this instead of going through the whole site each time. There are usually several photos of different outfits, showing how you could put the clothes together, and some items are also put into collections which can also be viewed separately. There's a search box and help sections, plus features such a the 'wish list' which you can add specific items and sizes to and it can be emailed to someone so you can use it as a present list. There is plenty of information about delivery, returns etc. and Topshop's contact details are on there. You need to spend £70 to qualify for free standard delivery (which is quite a lot compared to a lot of other sites) which takes 3-5 days, but no matter how much you spend you can't qualify for free next day delivery, which I think is quite poor, considering Asos.com for example offer free next day delivery when you spend £100 or free super saver delivery on any spend. Overall, a good site to use but there should be delivery options available for a reduced cost.
Topshop, I feel, is one of those shops which is either a hit or a miss. Sometimes I go in and the clothes are a bit too outrageous, the mannequins have the strangest outfit combinations and it just seems to be too busy - too many clothes racks, and too many people; other times I go in and find exactly what I am looking for a soon as I enter, nip towards the desk and get some accessories to go with and woohoo student discount!
The online store has a massive advantage over the retail store and I actually enjoy browsing through the online store. It features the whole collection - including some boutique items; specially designed designer items; make-up; and all the normal collection which is featured in the stores.
The site is very easy to navigate through with a menu at the side featuring all collections of clothing Topshop has to offer - whether you are looking for a bag, a dress, a pair of shoes or you want to view the petite/tall collections. After clicking on the section you want to view - for example you click on dresses - the page changes and more options appear, so you could view all dresses, you could view just maxi dresses or you could look at sun dresses - many options to choose from. Ideal to pinpoint exactly what you want and so much more convenient than rummaging through all the sales racks.
One thing I like about online shopping is occasionally you can get the best of the sales. However, Topshop sale items sell quick - I am yet to get an item from the Topshop sale delivered to my door, every time I see one I like it is sold out - would be ideal if they took sold out items off the website to avoid shoppers who get all excited at bargain getting waaaaay to excted and then being disappointed!
POSTAGE & RETURNS
Delivery of items takes 2 - 4 days and costs £4, however I have always got my item on the 2nd working day which I consider a very reasonable service. There is also an option of choosing which day you want your item delivered for £1 extra - I do not ever tend to use this service.
Returns of items are free which I think is essential for an online shopping site to provide as I do not know how many times I have bought an item online and it looks completely different, or just does not suit me. As well as being able to post the item back to Topshop for free, most items can also be returned in any Topshop store.
The Topshop website is on my favourites. I tend to use the website a lot more now than I go in the store as it offers something a little bit more original and is a bit more stress free. Worth a look at!
Topshop - undoubtedly in my opinion the best Fashion retail shop in the Uk.
What they do best is continuously provide height of fashion great items snatched straight from that seasons catwalk into their shops at a cheap prices. For decades they have held the fashion crown firmly on their head batting away the likes of others. Topshop has over the years grown in qudos especially after the allegiance with Kate Moss and her 'designed' items helping the store remain the epitome of cool.
The brilliance of the Topshop website is that you can grab a piece of that 'cool' from the comfort of your arm chair, you can spot those matching bag or accessories from the website and match them to that items in your wardobe at hand or you can have instant retail therapy without having to negotiate the roads, parking, crowds, stairs and the dressing room - instead just wait for your parcel to arrive and try on in the comfort of your home.
I must say my Topshop parcels have always been delivered very quickly and I'm afraid I can't comment on their returns service as I have never been disappointed with anything!
I love online shopping, there's nothing better than getting things delivered to your door early morning! My favourite website to do this on is the Topshop website because their clothes are to die for. Topshops been around since 1964 and is based in London but Topshop is available now in 14 countries, it delivers unique fashion at high street prices, obviously their clothes are a little more expensive than New Look but their clothing is more adventurous, fun and better quality in some cases.
On the UK website they ship to 20 countries and you have the option to change region to the US site. The reason I love to buy their clothes online rather than in the store is because there is a lot more variety on there, they sell designer stuff on there from Christopher Kane and more which is obviously a bit more expensive than their main stuff. They have a huge range of tops, dresses, jackets, jeans, playsuit and their clothes are just gorgeous. You can click down the side which particular item you are after, lets just say if you needed a dress for a night out and you'll get mini pictures of different dresses which you can click on and zoom in on the clothing and get more information and check if your size is in stock.
Topshop sizes range from size 6-16 which is not good if you are plus sized, also their clothes are quite tight fitted which makes their clothes slightly smaller than other shops but Topshop have a good returns policty and you can send the item back through royal mail within 14 days and get your money back if you are not pleased with the item purchased.
The clothes are beautiful, perfectly designed and last forever, I am in love with their dresses. Prices vary so you could get anything from £5 to £200. They also have 'last chance to buy' and a sale and the prices are rockbottom but it is such a pain as you need to get there fast as they sell out within 10 minutes in all sizes, probably because it's such a good bargain.
They do have a maternity range but the sizes still only go up to 16. They also sell handbags, jewellery, accessories which are reasonably priced and really nice I got these gorgeous pair of heart earrings that everyone compliments me on so even if you are plus sized you could still have a look at their jewellery and handbags or shoes. They have loads of different footwear available from high heels to flats. They have lingere and socks, I tend to ignore their bras and don't bother as they only stock up to 36D.
Delivery is simple and on orders over £100 you get free post and packaging. Standard delivery is £4 which aims to deliver your items within 2-4 working days or £7.50 for next day delivery if you order before 2pm (this is only in the uk) and you can pay either using your card or through paypal and get a tracking email to track your order. I've always had brilliant experiences with deliverys, I've used both options and my items have got here in no time, usually around 2 days in the morning.
I love this website and it's nice to browse around on in the comfort of your own home, but obviously because you're not in a shop and at home you have more time to browse which may resort in some unnessesary spending. The clothes are lush and I'm happy to pay a bit extra for more exciting fashionable clothing.
Overall Topshop is a great site, with great clothes and a wide selection to look for which makes it ideal if you want to find the perfect outfit and get it delivered fast, I've ordered from a few other clothes sites and I have had to wait lightyears for them but I can always rely on the Topshop website for good efficient service.
Topshops website is probably one of the better online clothing stores as the website is really easy to navigate and has a huge range of clothing which is constantly updated.
The various options are listed down the left side of the web-page with images of the clothing displayed in the central area. One thing I particularly like about this system is the ability to 'view all' which most websites do not offer, this is great if your just browsing for something you like but nothing in particular.
The website offers nearly every thing sold in stores and much much more without having to contend with the heaving shop floor. Obviously a down side to any online shopping is not being to see the product 1st hand and try it on before purchase but I actually enjoy trying it all on in my own home and then I can either send it back for refunds via post or take it instore for a refund. I have never had any issues when returning goods and every thing that has been delivered has been packed really well in a jiffy type bag with clothes folded well and appropriately wrapped for delicate items.
I definitely would recommend using this website as it helps me make better informed purchasing decisions. :)
Great website!! I love looking through this website for ages an it makes it so easy to find things and order! I especially love when Topshop has sales because i HATE going in store as it's usualy a riot with people pushing all over the place but with the website you can look forward to hassle free shopping and still get the same bargains!! The great thing about the sale is you can also browse by size.
The websites great aswell if your looking for something imparticular as you can search "lace top" and you get so many results, if you then take the item code you can phone your nearest Topshop and they can look this up for you, this saves you going all the way there to find they dont have it!
Another great wee thing I found out today from a girl working in Topshop. If you order online, pay your P&P which is £3.75 i think for UK, then you recieve your top for example and it desn't fit, you dont like it or whatever you can return it instore, AND if you return it within 10 days you also get your postage costs back! How brilliant!
I have been wearing topshop clothing for a number of years now and I love them! Topshop has a reputation of being a one stop destination for on trend catwalk looks with a unique topshop flare!
Topshop has a range for various collections and ranges including, petite, tall, maternity, designers at topshop, fair trade, boutique and unique. I have used the topshop website and ordered from it numerous times and they have been very pleasant encounters - unlike some other companies. The delivery rates vary on the amount you are willing to pay and the sooner you want your delivery - but they are all reasonable rates.
I have fallen in love with their range of petite jeans! they have a really nice fit, but it would be helpful if they were a bit shorter in length but they have a really wide range - which is a lot bigger and more fashionable than other petite ranges in other stores!
The delivery is fast, the stores are really nice and well designed and very very cool and fashionable! Although the stores can possibly for me be a bit intimidating. Overall a great store with a nicely designed site which echoes the stores cool, sophisticated with a modern twist vibe! The website is really really easy to navigate and it is easy to find what you want in the shortest time possible!
There are also free returns which is a great help if the size is or design is not correct. They also have 10% off for students all year round - in stores and on the website! they also accept a wide range of credit cards or if you are worried about credit card fraud then they also accept pay pal so you are covered for your purchases! And they usually have a sale on! Also if you have seen something in store but you can't find your size then they may have it on the website.
Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful! :D Happy shopping!
Topshop is one of my favorite stores and I have always found that the clothes form this store fit very well, and the quality of most products is outstanding, especially with their jeans. The fact that they now have an online store which is just as good as the stores themselves is great, as the clothes are now more accessible than ever. The store is very user friendly, and payment is secure, fast and easy. The best part of this online site is the delivery, as it is quick, comes in beautiful packaging and arrives securely and in good condition. In terms of returns, it couldn't be easier. Any unwanted products can either be returned via a collection by a courier service, or alternatively can just be taken into your nearest branch and you can get your money back easily. The one downside, is that delivery charges are high, compared to other sites and Topshop clothes tend to be pricey, but the quality of the clothes are generally worth the price.
