I am reviewing TopShop on line.

The website is mainly black and white all the catagory of clothes are easy to navigate.
The images are clear and all of them have a zoom in capability.

The descriptions are limited, but give the basic information required.

When you find an item you like it is easy to add to basket and then once you have completed your shopping you go to the checkout.

To go through the checkout you need to sign in so need to complete registration. This process is easy and doesnt take long.

The checkout is secure and the shopping basket will tell you if an item is out of stock etc.

Once through the checkout you have the option to have your details held securely for future purchases.

The postage costs depend on what your purchase amount is. Over £100 is free. £4 for standard and £5 for Express Service.

The items arrive in either plastic sac or boxed by courier service.

All are well packaged and invoice with return details is included.

If an item is not suitalbe you can return it by post or you can return it to the store. It can only be returned to a store not a concession within a large store..ie Debenhams etc.

Your refund can take up to 7 days to come back to your account.

If you return you full order you can get your postage back also.

I would recommend that you use their website as it is easy to use and the service is good.

I would say the only down side is sometimes the pictures can be better than the actual item which is disappointing. Their sizing can sometimes be a bit vague.

But over all the items are good quality and definately stylish and fashionable and not just for young customer.
If you sign up you will receive emails when their sales are starting, get in quick as the sale items go really quickly.

Recommeded.
