I went into the the toy zone web site to look for pokemon goods for my children, they were advertising pokemon tins buy two and get one free so i picked the three i wanted, the next day i decided to phone toyzone to check they had received my order, only to be told that i had ordered three and i would get one free, which was going to cost me £49.49 i did not want 4 tins i only wanted the two tins and the free one. i was told the only thing i could do was to cancel my order and re order again but i would not get the special offer because it was finishing.
