The same thing has happened to me. No response at all, and no way of contacting them successfully! ARGHHH

Ordered a TV Bracket from tvcables.co.uk on a Sunday. Received an email on the Monday saying it had been dispatched. On the Tuesday find out that the courier doesn't know where it is. Email & phone tvcables.co.uk but no response. Two Weeks later I still haven't managed to get through to them, they don't seem interested at all once they've got your money.
