Advantages: e-mailed to let us know our order had been shipped
Disadvantages: too many contact addresses, did'nt know if we had e-mailed the correct one
We ordered a chicco trio travel system and an extra rain cover, for what we thought was an amazing price.
then we found a couple of very bad reviews for this company, we have spent the last three weeks worried that we had as good as thrown our money away.
But this could not have been further from the truth, we had recieved an e-mail to let us know that our order has been shipped, the next day it all arrived in perfect condition and the courier could'nt have been more helpful, we would most certainly recommend using this company.

- 10/03/09 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! thats my advice to anyone! I ordered a shopping basket early january! it was 4 pound cheaper than off the shelf so i decided i didnt mind having to wait a few weeks! once the 30 days (which is what the company advise you'll probably have to wait) went past i decided to try to give them a call and there was no such thing as an after sales line! I got a very rude and unhelpful woman who was only willing to take orders for new sales - not to help me with sales that had already happened and not yet been delivered! I was told i could only email to find out about deliverys! so i emailed the company numerous times only to keep recieving an email (and an automated one) saying my order will be despatched within 30 days of placing my order. well seen as it had already been 6 weeks i was very angry - i tried calling again to no avail and personally think i have been ripped off as its now 10th of march - which is over 2 months since i placed the order and i still have no basket and cannot get hold of the company!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE TO ANYONE WANTING TO ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY JUST TO SAVE YOURSELF A FEW POUND!!! YOU DO NOT REVIEVE YOUR GOODS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WISH I HAD JUST PAID THE LITTLE BIT EXTRA, I WOULD HAVE BEEN ENJOYING MY BASKET FOR 2 MONTHS BY NOW |
