I buy all my electronics online and have never experienced service as bad as this. Having purchased an item from their 'Clearance' with the website promise that 'items are usually delivered within 14 days', I am still waiting for it a month on. To add insult to injury, all emails have gone unanswered. There are plenty of other sites out there that will deliver in a day and are as cheap if not cheaper than unbeatable. Before I begin with a big moan about Unbeatable I would like to give them credit on their prices. I find them the cheapest for electrical goods. So, know the bad side of unbeatable… I recently purchased a Toshiba SD220E DVD player (of which I have also written an op on) from unbeatable. The prices may be cheap but beware!!!! Delivery can take anything from a week to two months. I have been shopping around for wide-screen television and what website do I land upon? … unbeatable. Ordered the television from them as the price was the cheapest compared to any other electrical retailer, both offline and online. The order was placed through their secured system, something that I always look out for. The order stock level menioned…"in stock". Another important feature whilst buying goods. I decided I wanted to buy the latest minidisc from these people, and I've been far from satisfied. I called on a Thursday morning (this is day zero) to see if they could guarantee next day delivery to my term-time address in Scotland. They said that they couldn't, as their couriers weren't delivering again until Tuesday, thanks to the Easter weekend. That was understandable, so I asked about delivery to Ireland.
