I only bought something from them once 4 years ago and had to sign up in order to be able to pay. Yes I was impressed with their website and seeing next day delivery plastered allover their website I was excited to place an order.The excitement soon turned to disappointment when my parcel never arrived as indicated and customer services couldn't say when it would come.Any correspondence with Very just refers to their conditions of delivery.I can't trust this company to deliver on time so therefore am reluctant to use them again. They are too cavalier in their attitude to deliveries and should rethink the way they do things.

I bought a toaster from Very.co.uk but I wish I had never done so. Very have started spamming me to death with regular promotional emails and announcements.They even cold call me.There is no unsubscribe link in any of the emails. You have go to the Very website, login, find the communications section and then find the relevant boxes to untick.Despite doing that many times and even phoning Very to asked to be removed from all their emails and phone calls, they keep contacting me. I have never suffered this issue with any other retail site I've bought from.Don't ever buy from these relentless spammers, or else they will never stop contacting you, and you will have option to opt-out!
