Advantages: cheap calls to other virgin mobile people, cheap phones, good customer server (free too)

Disadvantages: no rewards, no advantages (o2- 300 texts a month)

I currently have a phone which is using the network virgin mobile.

Good points about virgin mobile is that they sell very cheap mobile phones. they are very good and very cheap at the same time. plus, it is 5p a min to other virgin customers after 5 minutes of talking to a virgin customer. so for the first 5 min, it is like 15p/min and after 5 mins of 15p/min it changes to 5p/min. The customer service is good too because i rang once and i was talking to a nice helpful woman straight away and she was ready and awake to help me out. i like that kind of service and attitude. It is also free, which helps a lot.

There are no rewards, no advantages like free texts, free calls but that isn't that bad.
