Ordered 1 case of white wine for £56 delivered - not bad if its any good. The price was the only good thing unfortunately.

a) They use Yodel, you don't find this out until the order is confirmed unless its hidden in the FAQ somewhere. Yodel, in my opinion, are terrible - they are a delivery company that pay their drivers only for SUCCESSFUL deliveries so they have some very unscrupulous business practices to achieve this.

b) They completely discarded my delivery address which was my work premesis, now I have weeks of playing "We failed to deliver your package" or drive 50 miles to the depot.

c) I had another account linked to my email address, my order isn't showing up at all apparently because I now have 2 accounts but can only access one of them.

d) They lie. They said the wine was on it's way back to depot to be reshipped to a different address. This evening I get home to a failed delivery card that only allows me to pick another weekday that I won't be in.

I'll give it a few more days then just get a card refund with my credit card company.
