BE carefull you must read this!!!
i used vista print many times and i was happy about the products i purchesed from them until today when i discovered that they have been taking money from my bank account without my authorisation! they took from me the amount of £69.65 in seven transactions of £9.95 each and some of these transactions are 2 in the same day and another 2 one after the other like one yesterday and one today!!
when you try to contact them to make an order they provide you with a free number but when they trap you and they take what they are not supposed to take and you try to contact them to cancel or get your money back they give you a nuber in the USA !!!
please be carefull and never trust this company by giving them your bank details. they are thieves BE carefull !!!!
Summary: it's a scam and i'm taking them to court vista print are thieves !!!!!

- 16/10/07 Hi, if you have not sorted this out yet, may i suggest you first check who the debitsa are stated as from, if its vprewards.com you can try contacting them at www.vprewards.com or call 0845 026 1100 to cancel your membership and complain.
I just bought business cards and it seemed i had ticked a box agreeing to sign up for a 30 day trail.. i was lucky to get an email which stated "VistaPrint Rewards will automatically charge a membership fee to your card at the end of your 30-day trial period and, unless you cancel. The fee will then be applied on a monthly basis at the then-current fee each new membership month". the email stated it ws from a 'Karen Heath' who is Membership Programme Director
I have been able to cancel my membership and ensure i dont get caught out.

- 10/08/07 I have also been scammed. I ordered some business cards and then on the 08/08/2007 discovered that Clubprem.com and vprewards.co.uk helped themselves to almost £10 each. I have since emailed them to cancel. I shall not be recommending Vistaprint and suggest that people no longer use these scammers |
