Just received my order from Vistaprint so thought I better write a review.

Place my order last week for business cards. I use quidco and thought i would go through them as I get £5 cashback..

The process of deciding on a design and then arranging the wording and layout is pretty straight forward. Navigating the website is pretty straight forward.

They offer the first 250 cards FREE. I chose a design then the wording. If you want gloss finish that is extra, if you dont want anything on the back of the card that is extra....you are just as well to put wording on because if you dont the FREE option gives Vistaprint free advertising as they have their logo on the back....,(which of course will then make your business look cheap....)

When you get to the checkout you go through a mind field of other pages offering you more merchandise... T-shirts, Lawn Banners, Mouse Mats, Cap, Pens, Notepaper, Labels etc... I decided to push the boat out and ordered a mouse mat...

Eventually you get to the checkout and go through.. easy enough. You have vast option of postage... miniumum being 21 days for minimum price.

Once through the check out you are then hit with even more special offers only valid for 10minutes..... get another 250 cards FREE.. ok i will have that... so added that onto my order.

I ordered my items then I had to change the name. So had to go through the process of cancelling my order as you cant' change it once you have completed. They don't offer refunds they only offer replacement or credit note on your account.

I had to email them telling them I wanted to cancel and re-order. I had to then go through the system again and get order numbers for each item.

Eventually after lots of head scratching I managed to get it all sorted. I sent an email and waited......

waited and then nothing I then had to contact them again to find out what happened. I assumed that I had done it all wrong. But I hadn't it was their fault. So I was offered fast (expensive) free postage.

Items arrived in 3 days. Which was great.
The card are pretty cheap... but what do you expect for FREE. The card isn't very thick and the matt finish is pretty mat. I think the gloss would be more proffessional.

I also go a free card holder which was silver and very nice. The mouse mat.. was horrible. It looked really cheap and nasty and the wording was almost invisible on the black background.

I have contacted them and they are sending me a replacement FREE of charge.

I don't know if the quality will be any better.. I will update and let you know.

I would say over all the are ok, reasonable enough to start off with. I don't know how good all the other option and merchandise are. But now they have my email address I get daily emails of all their super fantastic limited offers.... lots of items free by the looks of it.

Good enough if you want something cheap and cheerful to start off with.
