Cheap but quality isn't great.

Advantages: Cheap. Easy to use.
Disadvantages: Bad quality.
Vistaprint offer some amazing prices on printed products. They'll bombard you with email offers once you sign up but beware of the hidden charges they slap on at the checkout.
I've ordered many items from Vistaprint, generally they're great for anything that doesn't require folding. Postcards, magnets, banners etc have all been great.
But when you order anything that requires folding e.g. brochures or folders, beware as they often mess it up and are unable to fix it. The problem lies in their online editor which shows you the fold marks...but when they actually print them, they're folded in a different place. So you end up with a pretty rubbish looking document with bits of pages overlapping onto others. Doesn't really give a professional impression.
Their customer service staff are generally friendly but I wonder about their ability to actually help. If they mess up your order push for a full refund...and don't accept a credit on your Vistaprint account.
If you need something professionally printed for a business don't use Vistaprint. If it's something small for personal use they're cheap and will probably do a good job.
Summary: Don't use for business printing. Personal use OK(ish).
