Shoes! One of my favourite subjects and being diminutive in stature (5ft 4 and a very important ½) I like my shoes to have a sole (not a soul that would be weird) so I searched far and wide to find a shoe shop that could supply some of my favourite platform brands.

And here it is. Stocking Destroy, El Dantes, Candies and much more the site brings together a wealth of brands that are very difficult to find in the UK if you don’t live in London.

You can search the site by brand or by style (boots, trainers, shoes, sandals) and by male or female departments and view colour options and larger pictures by clicking on a colour swatch. The prices are reasonable compared to the prices of brands that are available in the high street such as New Rock and X18’s but you can save money by registering at the site for 10% off purchases.

The shoe range is much wider than mere platforms, with a range of trainers, shoes etc that won’t add an extra 3-inch to you taller people!

Clothing is also available, but only 3 brands are currently stocked, Porn Star, Serial Killer and No Fear (all T-shirts). The site also stocks accessories ranging from belts to bags and underwear by big name brands, Levis, Red or Dead and more as well as a very large selection of sunglasses and watches (Diesel and Storm).

Overall the site has a wide range of stock that is popular but can be hard to find in the high street. Registration means you will get updates of new stock and brands and Delivery is free (as are returns), which is very unusual for a web site, especially one selling heavier items such as boots. The shop is located in Belfast and the one request I have made to the staff was answered quickly and helpfully. The sop is a member of the Which? web trader scheme and online ordering is secure.

A great site that could save you money and let you get your hands (feet?) on some individual footwear.

UPDATE

I ordered some shoes yesterday afternoon (first time I've had any spare cash!). Voodoo have a sale on at the moment and the sandles I've been lusting after were reduced by £10 to only £19.99 - with member discount the price was reduced by £2. As I really needed some new shoes before my current ones fell off my feet I payed for next day delivery (standard 3 day delivery is free) and recieved the shoes at 8.30am (yawn) this morning. Excellent service! Great shoes! Go and buy stuff - Now!
