I'm one of these people that would always rather have money for my birthday. It's not that I don't appreciate presents, it's just I'd normally have rather had something else - ideally something I wanted. Now I base my shopping habits on this principle and ask people what they want for their birthday, if they don't specify what they want then it's their own fault if I get them something they don't! I was recently looking for a present for my 14 year old niece for her birthday and really had no idea what to get. Voucher Express had the perfect solution. Their Gift Certificate product meant I could give my niece a voucher but without having to choose what shop as I wouldnt have had a clue where she likes to shop! It can be used for vouchers at any shop - genius!
Apart from solving my dilemma, their service was great. Would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

I note that all the above reviews are from the first half of the year 2000. My more recent, still curremt, expeience has been a nightmare. I ordered £100 of vouchers on 16th December. It' s being near Christmas meant that I made allowance for the lack of next day delivery and arranged for someone to spend all of the 19th- the online suggestion of a delivery date -waiting to sign for the packet. At the time of writing, a full week later and 2 days before Christmas Eve we are still waiting for this imprtant gift.
