I note that all the above reviews are from the first half of the year 2000. My more recent, still curremt, expeience has been a nightmare.

I ordered £100 of vouchers on 16th December. It' s being near Christmas meant that I made allowance for the lack of next day delivery and arranged for someone to spend all of the 19th- the online suggestion of a delivery date -waiting to sign for the packet.

At the time of writing, a full week later and 2 days before Christmas Eve we are still waiting for this imprtant gift. Not only that, three emails from last night until late this morning have gone unanswered. Telephone calls to the high-charging 0870 number have racked up £7-8 pounds on my mobile listening to canned Muzak. The only conversation I've had with a human voice, once I'd tracked down an STD number, held out the promise to refer the matter to 'despatch' who would return my call. Four hours on, four hours nearer Christmas Eve, they have yet to do so.

I will NEVER have anything to do with this company again.

The one -star rating below is presumably a default. Negative numbers should be the order of the day to match the lousy service I have had from Voucher Express.
