It's not unheard of for me to do a bit of online shopping so when I found a discount code for Warehouse I thought I would treat myself.

On the website there are plenty of items to choose from , I picked out 2 dresses, a pair of jeans and a clutch bag. The website remembered my size which is a handy feature. I then proceeded to the checkout and entered my discount codes, nice reduction to my shopping bill :-)

On proceeding to the delivery page one of my items was removed from my basket - apparently some items are only available for store collection; however, when clicking on my local stores said dress is not available so I contnue with home delivery.

My nominated delivery day arrives and I recieve an email and a text to remind me. Not long after I hear the delivery driver bashing my door (continuously until I answer!). I now have my items so I try on the jeans, perfect fit, I try on the dress but it won't zip up - not sure how that works when they are the same size! Not to worry it says I can exchange in my local store, so off I go, pay my pound to park at the shopping centre and walk over to Outfit and take over my dress to the Warehouse consession, only to be told because it is a consession they can't exchange online items, great! But if I phone customer services they will arrange an excahnage for me.

Whilst I was in the shop I thought I'd have a look around, only to see the dress that was removed from my online basket in the shop! Annoyed at that I went home only to sit on the phone 20 minutes before anyone answered, then they tell me they can't do an exchange only a return, not impressed.

Attempt number three, I drive the 40 minutes to the nearest Warehouse shop to exchange my dress, only they don't have it in stock, but not to worry they can do the exchange and order the new size online for home delivery - so why couldn't they don that on the phone!?
