Warehouse Express used to have good customer service. Not any more.A lens (Nikon 24mm 1.4, costing £1600) sent me by Warehouse Express was no good. So I phoned them to explain, but their spokesman was not interested in what I had to say; instead, he did all he could (including making what seemed like threats) to prevent me sending the lens back. But I returned the lens, with a letter explaining what was wrong with it, and asked for a refund. Four weeks later there was no refund and no response. So I sent a second letter, saying I would take the matter to a County Court if there was no refund within two days. They refunded the cost of the lens, but not the cost of posting it back to them.

Ordered Nikon DSLR camera kit online. Camera arrived as body only. Queried order, asked to forward copy of invoice for clarification. Contacted shortly afterwards and asked to return items so they coulod investigate further. Enquired when they would send me my correct order, they said that I would need to send another £40 as anyone could forge an invoice if they knew how to use adobe. Basically accusing me of fraud. My advise would be to stay away from these cowboy's and stick to a reputable retailer instead.

Ordered 2 items that were out of stock in my local Jessops, and not available on many other sites. Both were in stock at Warehouse Express and despatched the next day. Good service and price, would recommend.

Ordered a d90, website took my through the process and debited my card only to receive an email later telling me it was out of stock and on order. Now I am without camera for wedding and wont get my money for a few days. appalling system, shoddy service and amateur garden shed website.

Charged me and didn't dispatch item. I'm waiting 2 weeks and nothing. Ignored my emails. Now i'm trying to get my money back.
