The next day i received an email stating that my watch had arrived safely, and would begin testing to meet Watchfinders strict standards. I then got a call to say that my watch was fine and they would honour the price agreed and to pay the balance and the watch would be sent special delivery for a before 1pm delivery the next day.
Well, I stood by the window waiting for the postman in case he managed to knock on my door unheard!!

For obvious reasons I was a little dubious to deal with Watchfinder, so much so i drove down to Maidstone from Nottingham to do the exchange. Living up to its reputation the congestion on the m25 and TomTom deciding that a shortcut through the centre of London, I missed my appointment!! I have purchased 2 watches from watchfinder and wouldn't buy from anyone else, the service is excellent and the watches are perfect and great value for money. I also have another watch serviced by them. I have recommended watchfinder to friends and they also have rated the service as superb.

after searching long and hard for my new timepiece i came across watchfinder there website easy to use the live chat is great if you need more info on a certainwatch and the sale`s team are very proffesional and helpfull (many thanks to kieran narain)my tag carrera was delivered this morning before 1pm looking very nice im very happy thankyou watchfinder for making it an easy decision to use your company

The service was entirely professional from the way the watches are presented on the website, through to the sales and delivery process. I found the exact model I was looking for and ordered a 7 year old Breitling in the afternoon and the following day, I received a watch that looked brand new. I can't fault the service

I have just concluded the sale of my Jaeger leCoultre to Watchfinder. The process has taken some time due to indecision on my part. Watchfinder have been patient and provided excellent service throughout.From correspondence and a personal visit, I have found their staff to be both friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. I've been very impressed with the company, and highly recommend doing business with them.
