The wellbeing.com website is very useful for many things, not only can you order products from the website, but you can look at the well-being magazine and find advice on just about anything.


FIRST IMPRESSIONS

At first you have to register to be a member. This is quite easy to do, you do not have do give any bank information at this stage, only your advantage card number. If you do not have an advantage card, just pop down your local boots store, fill out the simple form and one should arrive in about 14 days. The layout of the website was simple and effective, easy to navigate around and there are lots of things to look at. If you hold the mouse cursor over a certain heading it shows the list of sub-headings so that you can easily find what you are looking for. I certainly found this useful. My first impression of this website is that it is a very useful, easy to use site that could prove useful to me.


E-MAILS

Unless you choose to unsubscribe, every so often you receive e-mails from this site. I think that they are good because they update you with special offers and deals that other people would not use because they are not members of the site. One that I took advantage of was a free Sanctuary Body wash with my order. It was a lovely gift to have free, not cheapy or nasty, so I was happy that I took advantage of the offer.


WELLBEING MAGAZINE

This is great because it provides a lot of information about health, beauty and medicinal things. I regularly look at their features and informative articles that have proven very useful. I thoroughly recommend that you take a look at this bit even if you don?t want to order any Boots products; it has a bit of everything for everyone so you should be able to find some good ideas whatever your age or sex.


ORDERING PRODUCTS ONLINE

To order products online is easy, fast and secure. I looked through the special offers section where you can
get free gifts, buy one get one free, discounts and more. I looked through the free gifts section. I looked at the depilatory creams and what is good is that you can take a further look at the product. I looked further, and it usually gives a large photo, a lot of information on the product and even directions in some cases. There was useful information such as do not guess the time allowed, etc, which shows that this company do know a lot about the products that they sell. With this order, I had a free Boots intensive hand and body lotion, as well as the Sanctuary body wash so I had three nice products for the price of one!
The next step was to click on the shopping basket icon to say that I was to buy the product. After you have done this, you can carry on looking around the site for more products or look at the other features of the site. I decided to click on go to checkout as I had what I wanted. This gave me simple step-by-step secure procedures on what to do. They check the delivery address and more, it was great! They also ask you if you for information in case you are out, etc, so I wrote where they could safely leave it. There are boxes for extra directions in case you live in an awkward area. The only problem is that these boxes are tiny so if you did, you couldn?t write much anyway. Finally, you go through your card details, they take lots of kinds of cards (including solo ? which they don?t take in the actual boots stores?) ? if anyone could give me a reason why, do tell. I was told that the company policy was not to take solo cards, so why do they on the website? Back to the ordering process, they go through the details with you again, I thought that I would have confirmation e-mail but none arrived, so I hoped that it would arrive. You can choose delivery dates ? next day or day after is £5.00, three days £2.50. I was prepared to wait the extra couple of days, so I paid half the price.
Sure enough, on the Wednesday, I received my parcel, beaut
ifully and securely wrapped with all papers and correct products. I was thoroughly pleased with the results and service of this company and will definitely be using it again. I was even happier when I noticed that I got advantage card points with it ? you get them put on your card in-store.


WHO SHOULD USE IT?

There is something to cater for everybody of all ages, from children to old age. I feel that there is information for everybody and products are just the same as your local boots store.


ADVANTAGES

DISADVANTAGES

· I think that £5.00 delivery charge is a bit steep; especially now catalogues are doing the free delivery thing. I didn?t mind paying £2.50, but even so, that is another product in a shop.
· I would have liked a confirmation e-mail to say that I had ordered some goods.
· Hopefully in the future you can redeem advantage card points for purchases online, which is not available at this time.


OVERALL OPINION

Overall, I loved this website and will definitely be using them again. I got good quality products that I loved and will be using in the future. I recommend this site to anybody that loves boots, and good health and body information! I would give it 5*s, but the delivery charges knock a * off.

There are abseloutely LOADS of offers on at the moment. If you are looking for some decent offers, check the site out now! If you still fancy a really good bargain though, check out the sale links for discounted products.

Summary:
