Description: An on-line store with everything you could ever want for your bike

Newest Review: ... easier to find if stolen. Having shopped around for the items I found that Wiggle was the cheapest. Upon adding the items to my basket they totaled over £50, so to my amazement I got a further 10% off, so even cheaper. Add to this (or not) the FREE postage and I felt like a winner already. Within minutes of placing the order I got a confirmation email. Then an hour later a processed email, ... more

Well, I had my first experience with Wiggle that started just a few days ago. Before I kick off, I should say that this is a wicked name for a company and ultimately memorable. Anyway, I just got a new mountain bike and was looking for some reasonably priced accessories for it. Namely, I wanted a new helmet, back light, puncture repair kit and one of those tags to make my bike easier to find if stolen. Having shopped around for the items I found that Wiggle was the cheapest. Upon adding the items to my basket they totaled over £50, so to my amazement I got a further 10% off, so even cheaper. Great store if all goes well. Get back to wiggle with some negative comments about service or your order and its like any other crap buisness we are swamped with nowadays, ages to reply by e-mail and then from a inept customer service bod who offers a limp apology and says it not their fault that your order needs a little more attention then normal!

Just the as bad as the rest of the bad in my book when it comes to more then taking your money asap.

The free delivery option is good - and the goods arrived the day after the order was placed anyway, so no need to pay extra. I had a faulty light when it arrived, so contacted customer services. They directed me to the returns section, and I followed the straightforward process. I sent it back and they refunded my postage and sent a replacement. very happy with the service. Only disadvantage is the prices aren't always the best if you don't get ...  Read the complete review

Wiggle.co.uk is a great resource for any cyclist, whether you are the down and dirty offroad type, a road racer, or a commuter. This online shop carries everything from cycle components and frames (though not complete bikes) to clothing, shoes, hydration systems, protective gear, panniers, lighting systems, odometers, tools, workstands .. well, you name it, and if it's bike related they will sell it to you securely through their SSL encrypted server. They even have Which Web Trader approval, with the logo displayed reassuringly on the first page of the site. *** THE SITE *** The website is easy to navigate, with a yellow masthead providing links ...  Read the complete review
