The jumpers and cardigans go in the machine and come out without losing shape even after a number of washes. Sometimes the sizing can be a little confusing but I have found the online help useful, particularly when buying a unisex style. Delivery is fairly fast, better than some online stores but not quite up there with the best. One quest...more

I have been using Woolovers for about 6 years, although only recently via the internet - before just by phoning customer service. I am extremely pleased with the 4 jumpers just ordered - as always. They wear well and keep their shape and I like the fact that styles change frequently. However, as already told to Customer Service, I'm not entirely impressed with the delivery time. Although I opted for the free delivery which is delivered by 2nd class post, this took 10 days to reach me (inc. one day bank holiday) which in this day and age I don't think acceptable. I now know that if I want something quickly, I need to pay for 1st class post. I would much prefer a delivery company to be used as you can expect your goods within a couple of days maximum. Apart from this, great jumpers

After receiving my second order from Woolovers I am still delighted. Prompt service and a really quality product. The cashmere cropped cardigan I received this time in Rich Rose is a really comfy and finely knit piece of clothing. Trying to work out which other colour I would like now! It fits beautifully over a grey cashmere smock bought from Woolovers a couple of weeks ago. I am a size 16 and the Large was just right. Being short in the body the cropped style comes down just below my waist and is flattering. Sizing seems to be very accurate. I started ordering after a tip off from my husband who is an internet junky and found the site whilst looking for wool jumpers. If your item seems creased from packaging, hanging it over the bath and running some hot water, to steam it, really works. No pressing needed.

I'm a new customer to Wool Overs, but I have been delighted with everything I've purchased (7 items so far). The quality, price and choice available knocks all the usual chain store suppliers into a cocked hat!The website is clear and easy to use. Specific size guidelines are available for every item.Service is good, and exchanges made without fuss if you make a mistake on sizing. They seem to have regular offers too - free postage or a percentage discount, for example.Bye bye chain stores (you know who you are), Wool Overs now have a customer for life in me.

I have been a customer of Woolovers for a number of years and find their products to be very good quality for the price. I have bought several sweaters and similar items from Woolovers and have found both the products and service very good indeed. The company has been willing to exchange a product bought for me as a gift, and a year or so ago investigated mysterious holes that appeared in two garments - although they suspected moth damage they replaced the items, which is very good service indeed. A word of warning about sizing: I find the thick sweaters fine in Large, but in the thinner sweaters need XL, but once you know this it is not a problem. I really have nothing negative to say - the products are very good quality, good value (not necessarily 'cheap') and good service.
