Woolworths site is okay in some areas at the moment but on the whole there is definite room for improvement

1) The online store does not carry all the stock of the high street store. I looked for Dylon dyes - doesn't carry them

2) Many products are missing either pictures or descriptions or in some cases both. Some of the descriptions are very poor; for example some bathroom scales do not advise how many pounds they weight in 1lbs or 2lbs segments.

3) items which I think must be out of stock are not marked as such but when you click on "my Bag" it carries across no details, no amounts and adds no postage. There is nothing on site to say how long things will be out of stock for,

4) Postage costs; They charge £1.50 delivery for items under £15 and more for items above this. Woolworths have not realised that the furture of Internet shopping is in wiping postage costs ala Blackstar videos etc.

5) Delivery times. Woolworths is currently offering 3 day delivery (hardly sterling service) but due to Christmas they have dropped this back to **TEN** days. Come on people - how long have you had to plan for Christmas shoppers?!

6) Refunds: You have to take the items back to your local Woolies store according to their website. Doesn't this negate the whole reason of shopping on the web? What happens if the store isn't near, or if the customer is disabled?

All in all - much room for improvement - lets hope they do!
