Advantages: Good Navigation, Spoilt For Choice, Sticky Site

Disadvantages: Maybe an uneven seller to buyer ratio

Yahoo hosts a excellent free auction site where users can quickly submit items for sale. When submitting an item you can place a picture of that item in with your listing. All goods with photos are listed with a camera icon. The webmaster at Yahoo select auctions to place on the front page if they sound interesting. This is a great site for buyers but their are so many items listed that the buyer to seller ration may be so uneven that this is not a good choice if you need to clear out hundreds of items. I posted about 50 items and only sold 7 at the end of the auction.

The site is easy to navigate and you can change your item listing at any time and you can also cancel an auction and relist if you need to. The site also supports dutch auctions, and quantity auctions. All in all a good service but keep an eye out for when they start charging.
