Advantages: Easy to use, easy returns, great promotions

Disadvantages: Spending more than you wanted to

Yoox is a virtual boutique selling top designer brands like Prada, Burberry, Armani and many many others at more reasonable prices. Also design furniture, vintage clothes and accessories and books.

I say "reasonable" because there are still pieces at more than £1000.

Yoox has a huge selection of products that you can spend hours browsing and dreaming about. And if you register with them, which I suggest, you can even save them to your "Dreambox".
Another feature for registered members is that you can create "Premieres", meaning that you can have an email alert when the product you were looking for becomes available.

All the products have a good description, information about sizes, pictures that you can zoom in to have a better detailed view.

Buying is very easy and you can pay with card, PayPal or by Cash on delivery.

Delivery charges are between £5.50 (standard) and £32.00 (for Saturday morning). The standard delivery is absolutely fine and it is done by UPS.

Once you order you will receive a confirmation email and another one when your pack is dispatched also informing a tracking number which you can use on the UPS page or you can track it on the YOOX page as well.

Standard delivery takes 3-6 days and the products always arrives very well and neatly packed.

Returns are easy and shipping is free with UPS, of course it is upsetting if something does not fit but well what to do? You have 7 days to return from the day you receive your order.
Included with your order, you will find a pre-printed label that you can use to ship your returned items to YOOX. Contact the UPS courier to organize the pick-up.
You can also keep track of the returns on the YOOX page.

After some days of receiving the goods, the refund is done and they sent you an email confirming it.

My advice is do register with YOOX. This way you will be always informed of promotions like free standard delivery and special Sample sales which have always bargains.
