Yoox.com, or yoox.co.uk for us, is the most wonderful webstore i've ever come across. So good, I've never been able to tell anybody about it. Aren't I awful!? It's just that i'm selfish, i suppose. It's nice to have people compliment your clothes, and know that you only paid bargain prices for them.

I stumbled across yoox one boring afternoon about a year ago after typing the words "Diesel online." I was directed to yoox.co.uk, and couldn't believe what i was seeing... Diesel jeans at £30, and not even an old style at that! Of course, i selected my colour, size, and four days later my jeans were on my doorstep. Perfect. Especially since the jeans i had ordered were still retailing in my local store at £70!

One successful yoox trip after another, and now my wardrobe was bulging with "Calvin Klein", "Diesel", "Guess", and "Maharishi" How fab! I get compliments on my clothes, and my friends think i must be a master at finding unusual clothes in the stores at home. But that's not true. Yoox is a haven for the more unusual items.

*** The Designers ***

There are simply too many designers at yoox for me to simply rhyme off, so i'll name a few of my favourites and categorise them:

There are literally over 100 designer on this site. Many are Itailian, as the site is an Itailian concept, but the designers above are the ones that I always check out. I dream of McQueen in my wardrobe... never gonna happen though. Yoox caters for both men and
women.

*** The Site ***

yoox.com is "Bi-sexual" so to speak!- Click one button for the female range, and the other for the male range. The site design is clean, and easy to navigate. Drop down menus help you to select the designer you want to search, and if you should want to refine your search, it is possible to select size and colour too. When the designer is selected, you are shown thumbnails of the clothes they have in stock for that section. If you see something you like, you simply click the thumbnail, and view the item on its own. A nice touch is that you can turn the item around so that you can get to see the back view too. This is always important, as when shopping online, you can't really tell what the item looks like.

If you like your item, add it to your basket. Due to the popularity of the site, and how quickly it moves, yoox only permit you to buy 7 items at a time.

To purchase, you are taken to a secure screen, simply enter your details, et viola! P&P costs £6.00 unfortunately, but you are already getting a superb bargain, so you really can't begrudge that. 3-5 days later, your purchase arrives. A nice touch is that if you want to send this as a gift, Yoox will remove the tags, giftwrap it and deliver it to their doorstep.

*** Advice for Shopping on Yoox ***

If you see something you like, then buy it quickly! the site does warn you that stock moves very fast, due to the popularity of the site, and the small amounts of an item that they take in.

You can return your item unworn within 14 days for a full refund. (i've never had to)

Also, on't be disheartened if your favourite designer has very little in stock: Yoox moves quicky, so check the next day and it's likely that there will be something even more spectacular in stock.
