Advantages: Less space, faster loading of applications,

Disadvantages: Not compatable with any nikon software

Snow Leopard (Family Pack). Comes in a small box 13.3cm x 13.3cm x 1.2cm. inside the box is a DVD, a support card, two apple stickers and the instruction folder.

The DVD menu gives you a customize option, which lets you choose the translate different language options, also Different printer options and the usual programming options. Once started the installation takes about 15 minutes then reboots. After rebooting it takes another 10 minutes to configure all the settings, then starts with the normal welcome screen. The new desk top picture of the Snow Leopard is really impressive and clear and there are about another 8 or so new pictures. Also there are new screen savers and new options for the display like mosaic. Other options like the advertised speed of Safari is impressive (it now loads in 5 seconds). The program itself had increased my free space by about 20GB. QuickTime is better, good recording option.

All in all it is well worth the £39 price tag
