To Be or not? Definelty not! (BeOS 5.0)

Advantages: Great if you can get it to work (apparently)

Disadvantages: huge download

I downloaded the free edition of BeOS 5, and was mad for several reasons. I hated the huge download, and was really looking forward to something useful that would give me inspiration to buy the pro edition. No such luck.

I set it all up, and then tried to create a boot floppy, just in case. Then I tried to access it, but with no luck. I simply received a error message claiming that no boot volume could be found. Then I tried using the boot floppy to use it, but even that didn't work.

I have contacted all the support groups for BeOS I could find. None of them could offer them any advoce that was of any use to me. If you have a solution to my problem, could you please e-mail me @ juthanisamir@hotmail.com, with the subjuct line "Dooyoo think about BeOS?".
