Advantages: It can run almost every program avalable, as long as its XP compatible of course.

Disadvantages: Its not linux!

I have to say I like Windows XP still, I have it all updated to all the Service Pack 3 and BETA versions of everything, however it woeks perfectly for me.

I have to be honest, I left it for Ubuntu (see my Ubuntu reviu) however I did miss Windows, mainly because of the fact that it it is user friendly and almost EVERY program works well on it!, as I said in my ubuntu review, not every program works well on Ubuntu, using the WINE software.

I still preffer the XP to the new vista, solely because, I am not used of if, plus it took me ages to configure how to turn it off! with XP you just have one big red button meaning off... unfortunately I am not reviewing vista here, so I better get back to XP!

XP... hmm what else... you have 3 bottom bar colours to choose from, or go back to the old 98/95 versions... ALL pre XP versions work on it...
