Disadvantages: With Sp2 Not much Difference in the Performance

Ihave been using the windows XP for a while now.As I think its one of the most reliable Operating system that are available aropund the market at present. after the release of the XP SP2 it has become more reliable but I don't find much enhancement in it performance.
Servicepack 2 included with numerous bug fix which makes the OS more stable and in some respect solid.with the enhanced firewall settings really discourages the hackers in some respect.
Now again after the release of SP3 Microsoft has proved its point on the flaws and enhancements of some of its targeted features.there are few points that i am going to include in this review which I found necessary for the users to know about the new XP SP3.okay first of all I am going to talk about the new pop up blocker in the IE6 which is I think is a great help for the users.As we all are In worries about these unwanted pop ups keep coming back to the page and making the display half seen as well as pushing advertisements on us. So Microsoft done a great work in building such a thing which comes with IE.So when a pop up will come out a message will show in the status bar saying about the opo up to view you just have to click on it.By default it comes with the sound also which you can turn on or off from the menu settings.The Microsoft removed the Media Bar from its latest SP3 so when I tried to download the flash player from Adobe it only blocked it. for security reasons.on clicking on the message will allow you to download the requisite files.the firewall is a great advantage in the new SP3 as you move around the security section you will find the Windows Ypdate,Firewall setting and Anti Virus protection.I would suggest users to keep all of them on and probably keep the additional Antivirus either from the Microsoft or any other vendor.Outlook express comes with a big handy as it blocks all the additional pictures which helps protect the spammers from targetting the pc.
Windows XP is really a games friendly OS.All most all the games are suited to the OS and can be played without much Graphics and configuration problems.Since XP with SP2 is more to offer so I would definitely prefer more users for this reliable OS.
