WHAT IS IT?
This is mouth wash that is made by Aquafresh.
HOW DO YOU USE IT
You measure out one cap of mouth wash up to the line that is printed onto the inside of the cap. After you have brushed your teeth you rinse with the mouth wash and wash between and around your teeth without swallowing it, you should spit all of the mouth wash out when you are sure that you have rinsed properly.
WHAT I THINK
I am very happy with the taste of Aquafresh mouth wash because it is very minty and makes my breath feel like it is fresh and clean also. I do not think my teeth feel as clean as they do when I use other brands of mouth wash and that is why I have not bought this one very often comparing to those.
The taste of the Aquafresh mouth wash lasts in my mouth for a long time and I do not like that because even though it is minty the flavour starts to taste a bit stale when it has been in my mouth for so long.
I do not think using this is helping the health of my mouth and it just makes me feel better about the freshness of my mouth after I have brushed my teeth. Aquafresh mouth wash does not make my teeth shine or look special comparing to usual.
I bought my bottle of Aquafresh mouth wash from Poundland and that is what it cost. I am happy that I tried it but I will not buy it again because even though it tastes nice it does not make my teeth feel cleaner.

PRICE AND PURCHASE INFORMATION
I purchased this item for £1.50 (500ml) from my local retailer, but the product should be stocked at most major retailers in the UK in the dental hygiene section.
The product itself has, as the name suggests, a really fresh minty taste and leaves your mouth feeling thoroughly refreshed after use. It is very comprehensive at removing the germs and debris left behind after brushing as the packaging suggests, and the freshness itself is not to overpowering as to leaving your gums sore after usage as some other products in this range tend to do.
Aqua, Glycerin, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium Citrate, Aroma, Zinc Chloride, Sodium Fluoride, Cetylpyridinium Chloride, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Saccharin, CI 42051, Contains: Sodium Fluoride (250 ppm Fluoride)
The guide on the bottle says to use twice daily after brushing, though I tend to use just the once as I think using mouthwash before sleep is a little needless (as long as you still brush your teeth before bed that is!). Remove the cap from the top of the bottle and fill with the mouthwash, then rinse it around your mouth for between 30seconds to a minute and then please remember to spit the mouthwash down the sink after use - do not swallow as this will leave a very bitter taste down your throat for quite some time after use.
I am currently using this product on a daily basis, and it leaves my mouth and breath feeling fresh and clean after use. The price of the product is a bit higher than many supermarkets own brand of mouthwash, but I find that the freshness is that little more refined from this brand, and lasts for a lot longer than the supermarket's own brand.
I am very into keeping my mouth fresh and clean and regularly use mouthwash as I feel this really helps keep plaque levels down, it also leaves you breath smelling nicer for longer. Recently I ran out of mouthwash and went looking for some more on my weekly shop. I saw this on the shelf for £1.50, it was part of a promotion and was cheaper than usual. This is the only reason I tried it, I'm not brand loyal and usually go with the cheapest "well known" brand on the shelf. I will now discuss this product further.
For my £1.50 I received a 600ml bottle. The bottle is bright blue with the aqua fresh logo on it. The bottle is rather chubby, but looks nice and appealing. It has a screw top lid which is easy to use. Other mouthwash's use safety caps, this one doesn't which makes it far easier to use for adults. The front of the bottle tells you how it strengthens enamel and that the flavour is fresh mint. I have always liked the flavour of fresh mint! The mouthwash contains fluoride and is meant to help prevent plaque build up, actively freshen breath and help protect your gums. It's an all round mouth wash. On the back of the bottle you are told to use this after brushing twice daily, you fill the cap with 15ml of fluid and rinse round for 60 seconds and then spit. This product is said to only be suitable for children over the age of 6.
Aqua, alcohol, aroma, cocamidpropyl Betain, sodium saccharin, cetylpryridium chloride, sodium fluoride, PEG-60 Hydrogentated castor oil, sodium Bicarbonate, CL42051, CL75810.
I really like this product. It has a brilliant taste which is nice and strong. You can feel it working in your mouth, after you spit it out you can tell your mouth is cleans and also your gums. You aren't left with a horrible after taste like lots of mouthwashes I have tried. It's pleasant to use. I am also left with very fresh breath throughout the day, it's nice to know you have fresh breath. I have been using it without fail for nealy 3 weeks now and I feel I have good dental hygiene. I will definately be buying some more in the future if it is on offer again. It's a good mouthwash.
I got this for a good price and it has lasted a long time. It works well and leaves me with fresh breath. There is nothing bad about this product that I can think of which means it will be receiving 5 stars from me! I am very happy. I Wiod recommend you give this a try, it's very good.
Thanks for reading, hope it has helped you :)
I like to use mouthwash as I feel it gets my mouth cleaner than just brushing and my dentist told me that I am not managing to brush between my teeth very well, I bought the aquafresh mouthwash as I used the aquafresh toothpaste unless there is a toothpaste on a much better offer.
The mouthwash cost me £1 the first time I bought it as it was on offer but it is generally about £1.75 for a 600ml bottle which isn't too bad value really as it does seem to last. The bottle it comes in is wide at the bottom and then has curved sides which curve in to the top where there is a screw top top. It is stated on the bottle that it "has been formulated to provide ultimate fresh breath confidence from a clean healthy mouth. Just like Aquafresh toothpaste, it works in three ways, fights plaque, helps protect gums and freshens breath.
To use the mouthwash you have to open the bottle first (obviously) the plastic wrapper that is around the bottle covers the top when you first buy it and it has perforations to make it easier to break the seal, if you hold the top and twist the perforations give way and open the bottle. The liquid smells quite strongly of mint and the liquid inside is a light blue in colour, to use the liquid you fill the screw top lid that is on the bottle to prepare the correct amount and then tip into your mouth and swish it around. The mouthwash tastes minty and you can really feel it working, when you spit the mouthwash back out after a minute or so your mouth is left feeling tingly and your teeth feel smooth and clean.
I like this mouthwash and trust it to clean my teeth when I have missed bits with my brush, the taste isn't too bad, the price is pretty decent especially as you seem to find it on offer quite often. My teeth feel great and the freshness lasts in my mouth, I will continue using this product and would recommend it.
