Arm and Hammer toothpaste Enamel Care was recommended to me by a friend as I do have very sensitive teeth and my dentist told me that some of the enamel has come off due to my drinking a lot of fizzy drinks when I was younger.

I bought this from Teso and thought it was quite expensive at £2.30.
As soon as I squeezed it onto my toothbrush I could se the consistency was very different from my normal toothpaste. It seemed much thicker and dryer, it is hard to explain.

It felt a bit strange in my mouth, not unpleasant but a little dry and gritty which took a bit of time to get used to.

It worked well on making my teeth feel less sensitive almost immediately though. I usually have trouble eating very hot and very cold foods and they make me wince. I would say after about a week of using this paste every day I definitely started to notice a big difference. The sensitivity has not totally subsided but there is a big difference and I am pleased with the results it has given me.

It is more expensive than the normal paste I would buy (and I have bought a lot of of different ones) but I like the fresh minty taste of this and the way it makes my mouth feel nice and clean after I have used it.
It can be a little harder to rinse the mouth afterwards becaus the paste is thicker but all in all I would recommend it.
