“ Brand: Colgate / Type: Mouthwash / Subcategory: Night Cream „
I bought a 600 ml bottle of Colgate Plax (the blue one rather than the pink) at our local Spar for £1.25 as my daughters both use it.
It can, I'm sure, be bought cheaper at Superdrug, Savers or Quality Save.
Sometimes Boots have a 3 for 2 offer on mouthwashes so it's worth having a look?
I never feel that my teeth & gums are as clean as they could be unless I use a mouthwash but recently I've changed to Listerine Whitening as I wanted something a bit stronger than Plax.
The bottles are easy to find - durable plastic with white 'Plax' and the famous red 'Colgate' stripe and white screw top.

sodium fluoride etc
It has a minty taste which is very refreshing and your mouth does feel cleansed & protected.
The taste is not as strong as some mouthwashes - so may be preferable to some people.
Using this twice a day after brushing & flossing gives a post-hygienist session kind of feeling.
The bottle lasts my 2 daughters about 10 days.
I would recommend Plax to anyone who wants a safe & reliable mouthwash & who doesn't suffer from any particular problems in their mouth.
Personally I feel I need something stronger so have I've started to use Listerine Whitening after reading a review on Dooyoo!
