I absolutely love this toothpaste! I have sensitive teeth, mainly from clenching my teeth, and this toothpaste has dramatically reduced the sensitivity for me. The taste is unusual, not horrible, and it takes a little getting used to. That said, you won't mind the unusual taste once you feel the difference in how your teeth are day to day. I clean my teeth with an electric toothbrush and it works well with the paste.
I would recommend this to anyone with sensitive teeth. It is a little more expensive than regular toothpaste, but when it's on offer that's the time to stock up.
When I visit my dentist and we discuss my sensitivity, he has recommended applying toothpaste directly to the sensitive area. This has calmed the situation down and meant that I can eat and drink normally, without worrying about the heat of my food!
A whitening version is also available, which has a gritty texture to it, but still offers to sensitive properties and relief.
