      What is it?
      ********
      A toothbrush by Colgate.

      Special Features?
      **************
A toothbrush designed specifically for children over the age of 6yrs+.
The toothbrush handle has multi-height bristles to allow thorough cleaning of both small and big teeth, includes a tongue scraper and has a coloured centre that acts as a toothpaste guide to the amount to be applied.

      What do I think?
      *************
I actually use this myself - yes!! I found that most average toothbrushes were quite big and because I have quite a lot 'hard to reach' areas, I had a look through the children's section and found this.

This is a brilliant toothbrush and I would recommend it for both adults and children. It's not too small that you can't cover your 'bigger' adult teeth but also has a small tip so you can still reach into smaller areas. I like the fact that is has multi-height bristles so that it also helps to clean out between the gaps of the teeth. As it's for 6yrs+, toothbrushes for older children are no longer made with the ultra soft bristles. I generally find that toothbrushes with soft bristles don't remove plaque as well as one with medium textured bristles.

I personally don't use the tongue scraper part but this is conveniently included on the back of the toothbrush which I think is very practical and economical. I certainly don't need to use the toothpaste guide (I don't think!) but it's there to let children know thay you don't really need to cover the whole brush head with paste to get a good clean.

The handle is slightly enlarged and covered with colored rubber, this provides a very good grip for those little hands, though of course adults are fully capable of handling a toothbrush, I don't find the plump handle an issue.

An extra plus is the toothbrushes come in bright funky bold colours. Makes the whole process of brushing your teeth a bit more exciting!

I think these toothbrushes are normally about £1.99, but I managed to get mine for £1 from ASDA. The quality of the bristles are pretty durable and lasts well for the couple of months that I use it, so no bent squashes bristles, even if an adult does use it!

      I love it...

      Thanks for reading. xx
