I personally like using mouthwash after brushing my teeth but sometimes i do find they dont work or they leave a nasty taste in the mouth.

It states on the bottle that it has 6 benefits which are, strengthens the teeth, freshens breath, cleans the whole mouth, restores minerals to enamel, kills bad breath germs and it helps to prevent cavities. I have found after trying this product out for a month that my teeth look alot cleaner and i always have fresh breath after using it even though the taste is very very strong it does feel like your mouth is getting a good clean out.

I would recommend this product as i have noticed a difference in my mouth.
