I got these in a gift set at Christmas and they certainly make my teeth feel shiny and clean. They are simple to use: you nibble one between your front teeth and then brush as usual. I think the fact that it is slightly abrasive (from the crushed pieces) helps to make teeth feel really clean. One concern I have with them is that they do not contain flouride which according to dentists is important. I don't know if it is important or not but for me it means that I only use the toothy tabs once a day and I use regular toothpaste once a day. This though, is just personal choice.

They are pretty handy for travelling as the box is so small. They cost around £2.50 for a box of 40 (20 days worth if you use them twice a day. On the plus side they are natural and also vegan which is good if you are trying to use less chemicals. The bos is also made of cardboard which is easily recyled unlike most toothpaste tubes. I found the taste of these fairly subtle and quite pleasant.
